Welcome to HIG-

a place I created to share some of the ideas and practices that I've been learning and imple-menting in my own life (as well as guiding clients and helping them do the same) to feel better and live a more balanced, creative, productive, fulfilling and mindful life.

I believe that taking good care of ourselves is not only our right, but it's also our responsibility, both towards ourselves AND the world around us.

Allowing ourselves to always be our best possible selves (best, at the given moment) allows us to contribute to this world all that we were meant to bring into it.

I'm sharing what I know in the hope that, if you find any of it inspiring, you might also want to use it to raise your energy a little higher and feel better too!
